These rules are put in place to maintain a pure, sacred, secure, and family-friendly atmosphere near the holy temple of Shri Khatu Shyam Ji.

1. Institutional Overview & Eligibility

Sanwaria Bhawan explicitly operates as a premium family guest house and pilgrim dharamshala. To preserve the spiritual decorum of the premises, room allotments are reserved solely for genuine families, community groups, and authentic devotees. Management reserves the complete right to deny admission to unverified individuals or tourists whose intent does not align with the sacred atmosphere of the town.

2. Booking & Registration Framework

• Advance Token Confirmations: Advance bookings are processed and confirmed directly through our official helpline number (+91 8295968549) or verified WhatsApp logs. Room allocation is subjective to availability, especially during peak festival periods like Ekadashi and the annual Falgun Lakhi Mela.
• Identity Verification Mandate: In accordance with local municipal regulations and state police safety protocols, every adult checking into the dharamshala must present their physical, original identification document (such as an Aadhaar card, Passport, or Voter ID) at the reception counter. Digital copies or masked numbers may require additional verification.
• Standard Tariffs: All room pricing charts published online or shared telephonically are transparent. There are no hidden service charges. However, rates may be subject to revision during peak annual temple festivals.

3. Strict Code of Conduct & Prohibitions

Shri Khatu Shyam Dham is an entirely holy pilgrimage destination. To honor the religious sentiments of the community, all guests staying at Sanwaria Bhawan must strictly adhere to the following behavioral boundaries:

• Strict Vegetarian Code: Carrying, ordering, storing, or consuming non-vegetarian foods, eggs, or tobacco products inside the dharamshala building or its gated campus is strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol & Substance Ban: Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages and intoxicants of any form is strictly illegal and subject to immediate legal reporting.
• Quiet Hours & Community Decorum: Guests are requested to maintain a peaceful environment. Avoid operating heavy external speakers, slamming doors, or creating loud disruptions during late-night and early morning hours to allow fellow pilgrims to rest undisturbed.
• Building Safety: Cooking, burning incense sticks (agarbatti), or utilizing heavy external heating appliances inside the bedrooms is prohibited to prevent fire hazards.

4. Check-in, Check-out, and Extensions

• Fixed Windows: We operate on fixed, standardized time slots for checking in and out. Please confirm your explicit arrival and departure cycles during the reservation phase to prevent scheduling conflicts.
• Stay Extensions: Extension of stay is entirely dependent on real-time room availability and cannot be claimed as a matter of right during crowded calendar dates.
• Early Check-in: Early room access can only be provided if the previous allotment cycle permits, and it may be subject to additional nominal costs.

5. Liability, Damage, and Left Luggage

• Guest Responsibility: Guests are held directly responsible for any physical damage caused to the dharamshala property, furniture, electronics (such as ACs or LEDs), or linens during their stay. Repair or replacement charges will be levied at check-out.
• Personal Belongings: While the complex is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance and secured by professional guards, management bears no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal cash, jewelry, or high-value digital gadgets kept inside the rooms. Please utilize room locks carefully.
• Vehicle Parking: Parking spaces inside our gated courtyard are offered as a complimentary facility at the vehicle owner's own risk. Management is not liable for minor scratches or generic external transit safety concerns.

6. Eviction Policy

Sanwaria Bhawan Management retains autonomous absolute authority to terminate a guest's stay and enforce immediate eviction from the premises without any financial refund if a guest is found violating any segment of these Terms and Conditions, engaging in unlawful behavior, or misbehaving with the professional dharamshala staff members.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising out of or relating to the services provided by Sanwaria Bhawan Dharamshala shall be governed strictly by the laws of the State of Rajasthan and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sikar, Rajasthan.
