Since room allocation density remains highly intense during critical calendar windows (such as Ekadashi, weekends, and annual festivals), we operate on a standardized Cancellation & Refund Policy. By initiating an advance reservation or making a token payment, you explicitly recognize the slabs structured below.
Refund values are computed entirely on the basis of the time interval remaining between your official written cancellation alert and your scheduled check-in window:

Lakhi Mela & Peak Ekadashi Exceptions: Please note that standard cancellation slabs do **not** apply to room reservations completed for the annual Falgun Lakhi Mela or special peak Shukla Paksha Ekadashi dates. Due to the intense demand during these periods, any cancellations executed for these specific high-intent dates will directly invoke a 100% deduction rule, and no token amount will be refunded or carried forward.
We understand that train constraints or unexpected household schedules can require amendments to your pilgrimage timeline. Adjustments to check-in schedules can be initiated under the following parameters:
Note on Bank/Gateway Charges: Any administrative processing percentages, transaction charges, or localized bank ledger cuts incurred during your initial transaction phases are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from the total eligible amount.
Once a cancellation request is validated by our management counter, the computed eligible refund amount will be credited back via the customer's original transaction channel (UPI, Net Banking, or Direct Account Transfer). The processing window requires 5 to 7 operational business days to completely settle under banking channels.
In extremely rare situations involving unexpected government VIP traffic blockades, direct order implementations by local police, sudden climate emergencies, or infrastructural issues inside Khatu town, Sanwaria Bhawan reserves the right to cancel active reservations. In such exceptional circumstances, a 100% refund of any received token money will be processed immediately without any further liabilities.
